What you will do:

  • Help the Data Team keep our Sales and Customer business partners accountable through the creation of robust data model driven reporting and analysis

  • Support Business Leaders indirectly by creating data rich visualizations through the use of Microsoft Power BI

  • Gain and leverage practical experience in extracting, analyzing, modeling, and visualizing data in an end-to-end manner utilizing Fiix’s serverless analytical infrastructure such as: Github, AWS Ecosystem (Redshift/Lambdas/Step Functions) as well as the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, maybe even Power Apps)

  • Participate and learn about agile methodologies of project management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coachable, fast learner who can pick up new skills and processes quickly

  • Analytical mindset with a skillset focused on extracting & analyzing data

  • Knowledge of programming languages: SQL, PowerQuery, DAX, Python

  • Knowledge of data & visualization tools: Power BI, Excel (advanced)

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Self-starter requiring minimal supervision

  • Pursuing a degree in business, economics or STEM

  • Salesforce/CRM experience a bonus

  • Ability to learn and grow in a hypergrowth, Canadian software company, with access to internal resources for personal development

  • You should be expected to finish this placement with a strong understanding of SaaS, operations and data analysis fundamentals
